Overview
VisualDay is designed as a local-first daily planning app. This Privacy Policy explains how VisualDay handles routines, task cards, plans, settings, exports, purchases, and support requests.
Data Stored on Your Device
VisualDay stores your routines, task cards, daily plans, templates, themes, focus settings, and app preferences on your device using Apple's local storage technologies. No account is required to use the app.
Exports and Backups
VisualDay can create JSON, PDF, or backup files only when you choose to export them. These files may contain the planning data you created in the app. You control where exported files are saved or shared.
Notifications and Widgets
Reminders, widgets, and focus-related activity are handled through Apple system features on your device. VisualDay does not need a user account to schedule local reminders or display widget information.
In-App Purchases
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Apple. VisualDay uses RevenueCat to check whether Pro access is active and to support purchase restoration. We do not receive your credit card number or Apple ID password.

Support
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device context, or an exported feedback file. We use this only to respond to your request and improve the app.
Children's Privacy
VisualDay is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communication, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when VisualDay changes. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
