By downloading or using VisualDay, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps.

Use of the App
VisualDay helps you create routines, task cards, focus sessions, widgets, reminders, templates, and personal planning exports. You are responsible for the content you create and how you use exported files.
VisualDay Pro
VisualDay may offer Pro features through subscriptions or lifetime purchase options. Pro features can include premium templates, additional appearance options, widgets, reports, backup/export features, and advanced planning tools.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
- Payments are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
VisualDay's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. VisualDay is designed as a local-first app, and purchases are handled by Apple.
No Warranty
VisualDay is provided as-is. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms when VisualDay changes. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
