01 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Swipe & Wipe (the "App"), you agree
to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms,
do not download or use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Özgür Yalım
("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the App,
including free and premium subscribers.
02 License & Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control;
- Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes;
- Access premium features during an active subscription period.
This license does not include any right to resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially
exploit the App or its content.
03 Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App;
- Share, transfer, or sell your account or subscription access to others;
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
04 Premium Subscription
The App offers a Premium subscription that provides additional features
including video deletion, an ad-free experience, and unlimited trash operations.
Premium features are unlocked only during an active, paid subscription period. Features will be
restricted again if the subscription expires, is cancelled, or is refunded.
The specific pricing and duration (e.g., monthly, annual, lifetime) of the Premium subscription
are displayed in the App's paywall and in the respective App Store listing before purchase.
Pricing may vary by region and is determined by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
05 Billing & Cancellation
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before
the end of the current billing period. Your payment method on file with Apple or Google
will be charged at renewal.
iOS (Apple App Store) – How to Cancel
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Swipe & Wipe,
and tap "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Contact Apple for refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android (Google Play) – How to Cancel
Open Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions,
select Swipe & Wipe, and tap "Cancel subscription".
Contact Google Play for refund requests: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
We do not issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to
the platform (Apple or Google) where the purchase was made, subject to their refund policies.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
06 Your Content & Photos
You retain all ownership and rights to your photos and videos. The App processes your
media entirely on-device; we do not access, upload, store, or transmit your photos or
videos to any server.
Warning: Permanent deletion of photos and videos is irreversible.
We strongly recommend reviewing items in the trash bin before confirming permanent deletion.
We are not responsible for the permanent loss of photos or videos deleted through the App.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your media content. We recommend
using iCloud Photos (iOS), Google Photos (Android), or other backup solutions before using
the App to delete media.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
- Warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
- Warranty that any defects will be corrected.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions
may not apply to you.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Özgür Yalım be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Loss of photos, videos, or other data;
- Loss of profits or revenue;
- Loss of goodwill;
- Service interruption;
arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months
preceding the claim.
09 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion,
without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from all your devices
and cancelling any active subscriptions. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you
under these Terms immediately terminate.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts located in Türkiye.
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have the
right to bring a claim in your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
11 Apple EULA Addendum
The following terms apply when you download the App from the Apple App Store,
in addition to all other Terms:
- These Terms are between you and the Developer only; Apple is not a party to these Terms.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- The App is licensed, not sold, to you pursuant to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
12 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes,
we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide notice via the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance
of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and cancel any
active subscriptions.
